Went in 1 hour 15 minutes before closing on 3/23/25. They didn’t have guac (which my burrito came with) didn’t have black beans, didnt add sour cream to my burrito which it came with per the menu. They were also out of chips. They charged full prices for my burrito despite being out of what is “extra cost” for some meals. I shoukd not have been charged the full amount. First time and last time eating at any Moe’s. Food had 0 flavor. Portions were big enough, just not enough meat for the price.
They offer piss poor food portions. Not enough to feed a bird. If you want extra meat you have to pay extra. Drinks are too expensive. Napkins are poor quality. If going to spend this much might as well go to a restaurant instead
They are lazy and will heat your food on the quesadilla press... use the grill! Start using the grill like the other locations. The quesadilla press doesnt make it crispy enough and makes it soggy. Was about 2 hours before close so that cant be an excuse. Your already paying $20 for a meal
