Always great. Always great portions. Bigger, healthier & CLEANER than the infamous dirty kitchens at Chipotle. Only wish they brought back the pineapple mango salsa they stopped around covid. I used to BUY that separately to bring home! (Got me hooked years ago to leave all the competition!) And more options like the past for salsas. Basically 3 options now (1 mild, 1 medium, 1 spicy). Of course the frequent flyer points is good too.
ordered a couple of stacks yesterday and the guy making them was rushing through my order as quickly as possible.. After putting a 1/2 scoop of chicken on the stacks quite literally scraping the bottom of the bucket to get all of the old dried and crispy bits of chicken, i asked for a full scoop and was told "extra chicken is an upcharge"... well maybe if there was chicken for you to serve in the first place i wouldn't have to ask for extra now would I?! I declined the extra chicken upcharge and dealt with this subpar amount... read more
The store used to be wonderful. Staffing changed and now it's terrible. Just left It's a Friday night no rice no corn no beef employee doesn't care very rude says it'll take 30 minutes for rice. It's a Friday night at 6:00 p.m. why would you not have stuff ready. His best solution was oh I could use light rice on each. No thank you
