WOW!! Seems like all the staff are new amazing people! For the first time in 3 year that I have lived in Winter Haven, the service and food were excellent. The tables were impeccably clean! Please, keep it up!
Never have seen a group of employees care less about the job they do. Nobody in line but about 10 people waiting for online orders. Staff just telling people "it's gonna be a while". No salsa in the salsa bar for the "free chips and salsa". If I hadn't ordered online I would have walked out the door. On my way out the door the employee yelled at me and got sent to the back room by the general manager. No apologies were issued.
