***SEVERE E. COLI AND SALMONELLA HEALTH RISK WARNING!!*** Somehow they found a way to make this place WORSE than before. Stainless Steel Cooler installed on the line to hide how RANCID the toppings are. I suspect they’re mixing fresh lettuce with old lettuce as half of my lettuce in my burrito bowl was basically rotted (dark brown and soggy) and the other half was fresh.. Rice is CRUNCHY Beans are drier than the Sahara Desert Freestyle Machine never has ice A/C is BROKEN RUNNNNN FARRRRRR AWAYYYYY!!
Awful service. No wonder I've never eaten there. Place was filthy. The pregnant woman was extremely rude. I believe there was a new employee being trained by this rude woman who in so many words blamed me for having to much filling for a burrito that they could not wrap. I overheard this pregnant woman state she should know to order less. Like really lady. My son wanted to try this place and that is the only reason I ordered. Ordered online came to pick up and my order hadn’t even been started. Mind you I was the only customer. Stood in the establishment a 15 whole minutes before receiving my food. I had to instruct the lady to please change her gloves before dealing with my food because she kept wiping sweat with the back of her hand (glove). Disgusting. I ordered a stack and it burned. The whole purpose of ordering online was so I could be in and out and back to my car in 30 seconds. Not stand around in my rollers. Tragic experience.
They seem to be out of product as of late. A sign has been posted on the door stating, sorry we're out of hard shells etc.
so we show up at 4:45pm expecting food because that’s right before the dinner rush? No. They were out of everything, chips, chicken, all veggies, white rice, etc. which was crazy because we didn’t even go in that late. There was also no AC which is Florida in August is CRAZYWORK! Overall very underprepared and needs a new manager because how is that possible.
