I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the food I received and the behavior of the staff at this location. I placed an order through the app for a bowl, and when I arrived to pick it up, it was only filled about halfway. I politely asked if a proper portion could be provided, as it was clearly underfilled, but the employee simply responded, “That’s just how it is,” and said there was nothing she could do. These employees literally don’t know how to make a stack. I’ve been here dozens of times and not once has my food ever been made correctly. The most recent time they cooked one side of the stack for 5 minutes, burnt it to a crisp, and then threw it in the bag. Literally pathetic effort.
