The four team members working the night of December 2nd 2025 were amazing! With the rush of the “free entree deal,” they did wonderful. Awful on Moes corporate for not sending more people to help but these four killed it and took care of all orders in a timely fashion. All praise goes to the staff.
I’ve been coming here for years and I went recently and it is absolutely horrible now. while giving the new worker my order the girl (possibly a supervisor?) reached in and grabbed a piece of the steak and ate it without any gloves on and said, “it looked dry but it’s fine.” Then she was talking about, “ it’s that time of the month” “what if i’m pregnant” which in my opinion, is not a work place conversation to have with a customer or employee while customers are standing right there. Moe’s used to be my #1 spot when I lived in Jersey, but this location was a huge disappointment. I drove an hour to get here and the food was awful — the rice had a hard crunch like it had been sitting out for days. The place was empty, and the employee working seemed annoyed to even have a customer. I honestly don’t know how this location is still operating. If the front looked this bad, I can only imagine what’s going on in the back. Gross!
