New employees hired single handedly ruined this store. Beyond awful past few times to where I had two half bite size piece of steak in my steak stack so it was an entire stack of nothing but giant peppers and rice. Been this way past 4 times I've went in 2 months. Save a lot of money just go to taco bell. Been going to this location for years and years and I love moes in general so it's a shame.
After new management took over a few months back this place has been renovated but the service and food has dropped significantly. Beginning with the cashier not knowing how to use the register. The ice machine being down for over a month and they offer ice in a metal food tray. The rice being half cooked and hard and the meat being rubbery I used to love this place and I am not one to complain online but I will not be coming back to this particular location again.
Rice was completely uncooked and several of toppings printed out on receipt were not included. Called store and all they offered was a call from manager the next day, meanwhile we are going to bed hungry after paying for food and delivery fees and tip. Staff seems unphased and could care less. Wish I could give less than a 1 star, being that I choked on the uncooked rice. Bag of chips and no salsa or sauces included in order. Highly upset.
