If I could give less stars- I would. Unfortunately from the lowest level employee up to their management they are all subpar at this location. Catering manager Stephanie created a fiasco by not properly communicating with her team to ensure our redemption meals were a simple process. Instead we had to practically BEG the associate to call her verify that we were supposed to have a free meal for our previous horrible experience. Trey was amazingly professional and kind. He dealt with my annoying order with a smile. It’s also a very clean Moes with always great people working there!
I stopped by for a salad today and not only was the food wonderful but the young man that put it together for me was also very friendly while he was making my salad. I wish I had remembered to ask for his name but I know he came from Long Island. This young man definitely deserves a raise because he's a perfect example of the kind of person you want representing your company to customers.
I uber eats from this location and not only was the food cold but there is no meat, which I paid extra for
First time like he got a Moe's in a while sounded good they used to have Moe Monday where you got a real burrito now I have this little child burrito they give you and it's for money then on top of it I wanted to pay with cash and they couldn't even break a simple bill so I had to use my credit card !! This is what you get with a drink for 9.95
