We need to have a serious talk about this Moe's, the company's app, and their deals. When trying to Redeem Moe Mondays for a chicken burrito, scanning at the register did not work. The rebooted the system. Still didn't work. By now a line is forming, so I offer to use that deal on the app. I select it on the app, select the option to use it on the app, but when checking out the option is not there, and I'm paying full price for a burrito that was honestly undersized anyway (but that's a secondary issue, variance happens). I ordered a double steak burrito that cost $30 with Grub Hub's delivery charge.The meat was spoiled and freezer burnt that I could not take a second bite! I called the restaurant and nobody answered.
