Charged me double and nobody had no idea how to refund me
The portions were tiny, barely half a scoop of meat, and definitely not worth the high price. The food was cold even though I dined in, and the chicken was gross, fatty, and completely flavorless. To make things worse, the soda machine was missing almost all of the options, with no warning when I was asked to purchase a drink cup. This is the reason everyone should just go to Chipotle. Horrible experience at Moes. This place has gone downhill.
Ordered food for takeout in restaurant for my husband and I. When I asked for Cilantro Lime rice the woman behind the counter picked up a fistful of cilantro, tossed it in the regular rice and then put it in my burrito. Once home and unwrapped, I noticed how small my burrito really was - all portions had to have been a half scoop, if that. First bite was full of rock hard rice that actually hurt to chew.
