Unlocked door at 11:15, though the sign said they open at 11am. No greeting, “Welcome to Moe’s!” No peppers and onions. No beans at all. No sour cream. Stale chips- chewy, not crispy and left a weird aftertaste. Staff was talking about having no peppers and onions, but they had fresh peppers that could be cut. Also said all the meat they have in the store is cooked, but there’s no steak at all to serve. Mentioned being low on chips. I am starting to come here every week after church just because they are so good. The employees are quick, usually quiet but that isn't a terrible thing :) Food is definitely a 10/10.

Moe’s punk associate trainer had me removed by police for correcting my order.. I see the videos of crazy people on Youtube and reels, this was not the scenario. My kiddo ordered “beans on the side”, this short, little “ associate trainer told the cashier to, “charge for a cup of beans”. I corrected it to Mr. Associate trainer but he just goes on to yell at the counter girl about the size of bean cup being too big. But never tells the cashier to removed them from the bill.
