I remember when Moes was enjoyable, everyone is just miserable, I asked what’s in the new hot sauce and I get the response “idk my manager made up this shit “ ??? OK then, I’ll just call the corporate office and ask them what’s in the managers special sauce, I’m just saying train your staff to be a little more respectful while handling customers, and not degrading.
The workers are great, the supervisors and management staff are completely under par for their job, to witness a manager yell at staff in front of customers is completely inappropriate, they should be ashamed, they need retraining on how to pull them aside and address the issue appropriately and behind closed doors without swearing.
I had a really disappointing experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill in Leominster. I ordered the Moe Protein with Moe cheese. The menu board clearly says this item comes with a double portion of steak, which is why I specifically chose it. When it came time to pay, my total was almost $50, which made no sense. I was charged extra for queso, steak, and double steak—even though the item I ordered literally advertises a double portion of steak included.
