This is a weekly stop for our family. Shout out to the great staff! We once to the Moe's closer to home, won't do it again cos the service is so friendly here. We see regulars in the same interval we go, which is a testament.
I always order from you guys through DoorDash but this was not DoorDash fault…. The fact that anyone thought that putting this order together like this was ok is crazy. I don’t care if I was told that there’s no more meat I would be fine with that but, to put a meat that is not fresh in my order and risking me getting sick and think that it’s ok!!! I spent most of my break taking all of the meat out when in reality I would’ve been fine if there was none if I was going to get old meat. Yall have to do better that’s crazy
I work in the plaza and order Moes all the time, as do my coworkers. Always receive great service when Alex is there. Won't be going back anytime soon at this point to this location, the girls working today were extremely rude when I asked for additional chips since they gave me barely any. One said chips don't come with a side, the other one didn't even look at me or say a word. Seems she was annoyed I interrupted her scrolling on her phone. Sad what customer service has come to these days.
Since this is a chain, I imagine the food is equivalent at most other Moe's. However, the staff here are very kind and welcoming. There. Is one employee there, Alex, who is very sweet with my kids when we go. My kids specifically ask to go to this location over the other one that is next to our house.
Walked in and I received no greeting. After waiting a few minutes for the two employees to finish online orders, I was helped by an older employee with gray facial hair who got hostile when I asked for a double wrapped homewrecker burrito and even more upset when I asked for more than half a scoop of rice. He yelled, told me no more rice, refused my service, then yelled sexually derogative slurs towards me.
