This Moe’s location is the worst I have ever been to. The food quality is so bad does not taste fresh at all the only thing that tasted good was the sauces that came with the food. Only thing that was good was the customer service of the workers.
What a let down! This was our worst Moes experience ever by far. The meat options looked like they had been sitting out all day. The rice was so undercooked it hurt to eat. The grilled veggies were barely cooked. After a few bites, the bowl went into the trash.
Well I should have learned my lesson. I tried to give this Moe's a second chance and again disappointed. Not only are the new servers also incompetent and inefficient and clueless they both lack customer service and common sense. I only order nachos whenever I go to Moe's and they did not attend me because they had backed up orders to go which as an in-person customer is not my fault that they lack delegation and coordination for managing to go and in-person orders. Had an awesome experience at Moe’s in Fairfax! The food was super tasty—I got a bowl with adobo chicken, and the chicken was really tender and full of flavor. The queso was rich and creamy, and went perfectly with the meal. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The service was also top-notch—everyone greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in. Highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be coming back!
