After purchasing a burrito, this location refused to provide a water cup and required to buy a cup to get water. I have no interest in drinking soda or sugar water I simply just wanted water to go along with my burrito. Poor customer service.
I’m leaving this review saddened by my recent experience. I live in the apartments behind the location and this and chipotle seem to be the healthier options on this side of Senoia Rd. I walked in hungry. I’m a student and have been studying all day and this location is usually nice and they give great portions. I was angrily greeted by the 3 females working, one who was clearly “over it” asking me to leave because they’re closed. I walked in at 8pm on the dot and the door said they close at 9.
