Came here after a horrible experience next door at Taste of Italy, they were quick courteous and delicious, 5 stars, will definitely return for more
Placed order online, they forgot part of our order....Go back to the restaurant to pick it up and they make the entire order incorrectly...it was a cheese queseesadilla (it gets better). I call the store to just explain that I want a refund at this point and then get "disconnected" due to the store being busy. No manager on site, not an apology from the staff. Awful awful awful customer service.
Quite possibly the worst Moe’s I’ve ever stepped foot in — and I say that having genuinely tried to enjoy it. The food was fine. Perfectly adequate. That’s where the compliments end. The staff managed to make me feel like my mere existence was an imposition. I asked to dine in. I was handed a to-go bag and told, without apology or explanation, that there were no trays available.
