DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I just got a third of a bowl, with barely any chips! Awful experience
I just got a burrito and a bowl. The brown rice was under cooked and the chips Were stale and chewy. I’m disappointed because this location usually has something always wrong and I always try and give it a chance but spending about 30$ and not even enjoying it is not right. The employees all Seem miserable and don’t really care.
I love Moe’s and have been to this location multiple times in the last year. I’ve dissatisfied with this location in recent months because they get the chips. The chips have been very inconsistent my last several visits. In fact I noticed problem almost a year ago. I had to ask for a new batch of chips because they very obviously way overcooked. Most recently, on two other visits, the chips varied greatly, from overdone to underdone, to just right. I was there last week and some chips were so underdone that they would bend. ... read more
My experience today was HORRIBLE! I went in a little before noon for lunch and there was no pico on the line and the person making my bowl told me that she did not know when more would be made. If you open at 10, how are you already out of pico? Then I went to make my the drink and the machines were not working. There was no signage indicating the machines were out of order and the crew members didn’t say anything either! The food was terrible and the meat was extremely salty. The reps are rude and not welcoming. I will not be returning
