STOP SERVING STALE CHIPS!!!!!! This is the 3rd time this Moes on Dorchester served me stale chips. Smh.
I don’t know what’s going on at this Moe’s, but if I wanted to pay $15 for disappointment wrapped in foil, I’d just order airplane food. I ordered a burrito and got what can only be described as a tortilla-wrapped cry for help. Three grains of rice. Not even a spoonful, just a pitiful rice sprinkle, like they were rationing for the apocalypse. Staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Food was lackluster, flavorless and guac tasted almost spoiled. Watched queso get added to my bowl, but it disappeared into the food like it was watered down by the time I got my drink and sat down to eat, in the restaurant.
Yesterday my family and I visited Moe's Wescott location after church. It was one of the best visits ever. The manager was super accommodating to our needs. It was chaos for us with two toddlers and a new born. I place a mobile order for queso and guac after we had already received our food. I unfortunately placed the order for the wrong location. She was amazing. She called the other store and got everything straight for us. I am so truly thankful for her kindness and going above and beyond what she had too.
