What is the point of doing a mobile order if they don't start making it until I get there and tell them my name? The first I showed up right on time so I thought maybe they just hadn't had the opportunity, so second time I show up later (8 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready) and they still haven't started. Then it takes 14 more minutes to make my bowl. The point of ordering ahead is so I can walk in and pick it up. Very irritated with this location.
I love that I can sit outside on my lunch break. I would have given a 5 star for food except sometimes the chips are hard and stale. But I will still go for the lunch combo. Thanks!
