We went on best friend’s day and the employees were nice and friendly. One of the employees Marco was accommodating, kind and helpful. We’d eat here again.
I ordered a burrito with extra meat. The server (Isra S.) couldn’t even close it, so I asked her to put it on a plate instead, she refused. Instead, she grabbed another tortilla, transferred the filling, threw away a significant portion of my chicken in the trash, and still charged me for the extra meat. When I pointed out that she had thrown away part of my order but still charged me, her response was basically, “There’s still meat in your burrito.” Completely unacceptable.
