The service was terrible and they were out of almost everything. Mckenzie was great, but had to handle mobile orders, the customers in line, refilling things, and running cashier all by herself, because both of the guys working with her were completely useless. They couldn't find anything, restock anything, or complete orders correctly, and Mckenzie had to do everything for them.
I decided to stop at this Moe's location because it was close to the outlet mall. I arrived at the restaurant at 11:30 am today Unfortunately, my experience was very bad. The restaurant was so dirty. None of the tables were clean. The salsa bar was very unkempt. Just plain dirty. I go to Moe's restaurant in Bluffton, South Carolina on a regular basis. That location is always very clean. The Pooler location restaurant staff and managers need to take a day trip to the Bluffton, SC to learn about restaurant sanitation. I
False advertising. Don’t post a sign to up charge for meat. And the mgr is rude.
