Placed an app order. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there early & sat down to wait. Order wasn't on shelf at estimated time. No one was at the counter ordering food, so it made no sense I was still waiting. Five minutes later, female employee walks to shelf & throws a bag down. I got up to look. It wasn't my order.
