The drive-through has been closed for a long time. Inconvenient. And a restaurant without table service shouldn’t have a payment system that adds an inconvenient step to decline giving a tip.
We loved it, different varieties of toppings
Paid for make it a meal and they left off both of my queso dips. One of my bowls was supposed to have guacamole which they left off. When I went to make drinks both Ice machines were broken(to be fair it was 92 degrees outside) so I had to go to the counter where she did promptly get me some ICE. Also to be fair was great that I did receive but they left 5 dollars worth of stuff off my order.
I come into this Moe’s quite often and the staff is friendly, and food is always fresh. Even when I come close to closing there’s never a “no more of xyz for the night” and I really appreciate that. The place is usually pretty clean or I see workers actively cleaning! & ever since the app revamp, I’ve had no problem scanning for points. I’ve never used the drive thru, because I enjoy the experience of them making my bowl in front of me and being able to say a little more of this or that, haha.
