Rude at drive through. Did not listen to my order and over charged me. No recipts and no one came back to the window after waiting. Also bowl is barely full. Seems they do not want the drive through to be used. Get rid of it.
Service in atmospheres always great but the food is subpar, inconsistent serving sizes and small portions. Has really gone downhill over the last 5 years.
I guess this place has gone the way of Chipolte. Weak meat and cheese servings but plenty rice and beans. Burrito was bone dry until I got near the end, where all the meat and guacamole were. Even with pico, it was still a dry rice and bean disappointment. Store was kind of dirty too with trash on the floor and the salsa station was messy. No napkins in one napkin holder and no ice in one of the drink machines. I came in at 3:30, so all that stuff should have been addressed, as it was well after the lunch rush.
