Allergic to black beans. Asked and received no black beans. Still had allergic reaction to black beans. Somehow my food came into contact with my allergen without my knowledge
Man I love moes, but 6 times out of 10 I’m disappointed in this place.
Just ordered door dash 11/8. The food arrives cold, the rice isn't cooked. The beans are hard and raw. This location is getting worse and worse. Extremely disappointed especially considering it was $88 for the meal. They left out a side of queso and drink for one of the meals as well. First time being at this location since the remodel and it was disappointing. They took out the flat top grill and now use ovens instead. The food was flavorless and bland, and they do not have water to drink. The service and employees were kind and attentive, so it’s disappointing that the quality has gone so downhill. They need to change the name to Moe’s Southwest Oven.
I was pretty disappointed with my recent visit. The chips were noticeably stale, which really took away from the meal. I specifically asked for lots of cheese and ended up getting barely any. On top of that, they no longer offer water from the fountain and told me the machine “didn’t have a water tap.” Since I don’t drink soda or tea, that meant I basically had a full meal with no drink. Overall, not a great experience.
