The food at Moe’s is always consistent and tasty. Everyone working today was very nice. Reece, in particular, has great customer service skills. I would eat here again!
The "manager" Kyle messed up my order ,refused to make it right or refund my money. He was rude and downright arrogant about the whole situation. Claimed I had to call Uber eats for a refund, I ordered my food through Moe's online. How do you send half of a order and say you will not refund the rest.. Shameful and honesty Corp should look into that Kyle guy. Asked for his district manager number and he gave me a bogus email.
Not sure what happened? It's been over a month since my wife and I ate at Moe's in Easley. Last time we went the service was great. Tonight the meats were dry and not fresh, the tea was spoiled and when we ask them to make more they poured out the old tea but never attempted to make anymore, so I'm not sure why I paid $3 for a drink.
