Management is great. Hourly employees are just not ready for service most of the time
HOW EMBARRASSING.. I’ve been eating at moes for years and this was the worst experience EVER and it does not take much to screw this up. We go in to order I tell the lady Megan (manager) I want two bowl one steak one ground beef, I notice she barely put any steak on the first bowl I ignored it when she started shaking the ground beef off the spoon I asked her is that the proper amount and was told each bowl gets 2.5 ounces of protein and she could add more for $3 I checked her on it and asked you think that’s enough steak do... read more
