I've visited this Moe's several times and overall it's been a good experience. The food is usually fresh, flavorful, and made to order, with plenty of options to customize burritos, bowls, tacos, and salads. The queso and chips are always a favorite, and portions are generally satisfying for the price. The staff can be friendly and helpful, especially during less busy times, and service is often quick. Ordered food for pickup. 2 bowls and a burrito. They didn’t put the burrito in the bag so when I had to drive 15 minutes back to the store, the assistant manager wanted to argue with me that she made the burrito and it was in the bag. After 5 minutes of me telling her that it in fact is NOT in the bag, she finally tells me she will remake the burrito.
