Customer service and everything is great but this is my 2nd time feeling sick after ordering a home wrecker burrito it was pretty warm when I took a bite, I don’t understand is this food old? It’s not fair to working people to feel under the weather when money is being spent for fresh food, I made a mistake of giving this location another chance. It seems I will have to travel back to westchase for hot and non sickly food, the workers are amazing but the food is bringing sickness and it’s so unfair.

Greeting me as i walk in, attentive. Had an issue with my order and the employee handle the situation very well. I love their meal bowl and would come again.

everything one star i’d give it zero if I had to there was no ice in the ice machine the portions they give you for the food is like they’re rationing it and when I asked for a little bit more, the employee got annoyed and put two pieces of steak in the spoon to put onto my bowl that should’ve been my first sign then there was no ice in the Coke machine and it is so outdated. Visited the Moe's today and was not happy. The fresh ingredient i usually get weren't available, they didn't have the fresh jalapeños or cut cucumbers and the flavors just didn't taste the same. Also the chips were stale. I guess I'll give them one more try before I stop coming.
