Manager is always so welcoming
My daughter wanted to go to Moe’s on Thursday night (3/19). I had only been there once before and had occasionally eaten catered food from there, so I was a bit skeptical since I’m not a big fan of trying new things. Been coming here for years. Best experienced ever today! Great staff on the line. Super friendly, positive, upbeat, and made our experience amazing!
2/28/26 update. Have to drop a star. Went in for a snack of a bowl of pintos and a tea. Smarmy girl at burrito building area filled a blue bowl 70% full. I asked if she could fill it up and she snapped back “it is full”. (Definitely room for more.) It’s a small issue in the scheme of my 5-8 Luches at a Moe’s each month, but the point is, she wasn’t friendly. She didn’t handle it right. The food is good. The downfall is they seem to always forget my complete order. I missing items everytime.
