Everything is good here but the rice was actually really hard and undercooked. My crooked tooth shifted a bit after biting into it.
Terrible customer service! It was Monday and I remembered that we always used to get a special deal on Mondays. I asked the girl behind the glass what the special was. She said Moe Mondays, $7.99 burritos. So I ordered 2 of them, then proceeded to the cashier. She said that will be $27.26. I said no, I ordered the Moe Monday Special. She asked, Do you have the App? I told her No. She informed me that you can only get it with the App. And that the girl that made it was under NO OBLIGATION to tell me it was only with the App. ... read more
Picked up food that I ordered online. It was all super cold, and I ordered ahead and showed up 10 minutes earlier than requested to avoid this from happening.
