I have been coming here the past 3 years and here has been my experience. Year 1 the bowls were a little skimpy but ingredients rarely missed, year 2-3 were the golden years of full bowls & all the ingredients you ordered, now, recently it went back to super skimpy & missing 2+ ingredients on my mobile orders. Great customer service and quickly got my order done fresh and hot. Dude with the triple cross tattoo on his arm is a great guy!!
Glad I walked out just shortly after 6pm tonight, Sunday. The restaurant was clean however no one was inside except the 2 workers behind the counter. They were out of soup. And the food behind the counter looked like it had been sitting there for hours. Not fresh at all; GROSS looking. And you would serve me that with the prices on the menu. Oh heck no. Lucky for them, my phone was left in my vehicle. It cost them more money to stay open then to close shop. Resume in the morning with fresh food.
The burritos are always delicious, and the chips are usually very fresh, but we are frequently missing something from our order, which is a bit of a bummer. We picked up an order for dinner tonight and when we got home and opened the bag, we realized our daughter’s cookie, drink and all of our salsas were not included in the bag.
Chandler was an absolute delight and made for a great first experience at Moe’s! Came in to redeem a birthday promotion and appreciated the fresh guacamole and most of all - the chips and salsa bar!
