Not a good place to eat. The employees look like they rather be doing anything else but working. I asked for nachos with just queso and guacamole and I got a look by the employee. Definitely not recommending it… there was no care by any of the employees working.
The employees today, along with management represent the brand in a very poor way. No attention is given to the customer, any acknowledgment or greeting. The shorter lady is extremely dismissive of anybody in line. There needs to be a lot of training done to get these employees up to a company standard that should be represented for how to work with the public.
I’m writing this because I am disappointed by the service I received at this location today. I traveled from Annapolis, expecting a pleasant experience, but was met with a rude and dismissive staff member who didn't even offer a greeting. When I inquired about protein options, the response was incredibly unprofessional and off-putting. Worst Moe's I have ever had. They we out of alot of toppings, they didn't have any chips, terrible customer service.
