My father and I love Moe’s Monday but sadly after today we will be discontinuing coming to this location. We came in and were not greeted for almost 10 minutes as the employee filled to go orders. That’s fine, obviously she had to fulfill the orders but she could have at least let us know she would be with us shortly. After she finally acknowledged us she began making our order. UPDATE: 1/16/25 - after that first initial time here, the service has been horrible. every time i order the same thing, its a different price at a different amount. this woman was trying to charge me $10 for extra guac and not even given any extra guac on the meal. why do these employees act like they're personally buying the food? extra means EXTRA. i wont be back at this spoon scoop facility. loveeee their food! this branch always has fresh food & friendly employees with nice size portions of food!
