I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Moe’s Southwest Grill and I will not be returning. When I walked into the store, General Mananger Johnathan messed up my order twice ! I ordered a bowl of queso with chips and a mor meat Moe cheese. Jonathan was the one who checked me out. He rang my order up incorrectly, charging me for double meat — which I never asked for. I had such a great experience at Southwest Grill thanks to Chris! He was so pleasant, patient, and helpful as I created my veggie bowl (I had so many questions about the sauces 😅). Hard to believe he’s only been working there for about a week—he gave excellent recommendations and made the process easy and enjoyable. The salad looked so good I couldn’t wait to eat, so I decided to dine in. Great customer service makes all the difference, and Chris definitely delivered!
⭐☆☆☆☆ I’m highly disappointed in my recent trip to Moe’s. On an afternoon outing with my family, we expected to hear the usual friendly “Welcome to Moe’s!” greeting that makes the experience enjoyable, but there was no welcoming environment at all. The burritos felt cheap, soggy, and lacked quality. To spend nearly $60 on such a disappointing meal was frustrating and a complete waste. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to Moe’s anytime soon.
