the quality of food and service has decreased so much. will be going to chipotle from here and out
I do not understand the love that people have for Moe’s — personally, it seems as if Moe’s is trying to close in Buffalo & follow in Qdoba’s footsteps. The staff is extremely unfriendly, a far cry from what Moe’s used to be. The restaurants have been updated to strip any character from their dining rooms; they are more akin to a prison dining hall now. Very disappointed with this location. Ordered a couple items and a burrito, instead of giving me the burrito I ordered I was given all the fillings of it in a container minus the tortilla shell that it was suppose to be wrapped with. Upon arriving home, and seeing I called the store and was rudely spoken to by the person in charge, and told to come back. Living 25 minutes away at 8:45pm I was not driving back.
