Hello Google Family, I went to this store for the first time there was NO meat. Customer service was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I will not be back. Music selection ( atmosphere)was great though.
By 6:00 PM, several basic items—including pico de gallo—were already unavailable, which is unacceptable at peak dinner hours. The chicken and steak were noticeably dry and appeared as though they had been sitting out far too long. My online order took over 30 minutes to be prepared, despite only a few customers in the store. There were only two employees working, and the pace of service was extremely slow.
