By 6:00 PM, several basic items—including pico de gallo—were already unavailable, which is unacceptable at peak dinner hours. The chicken and steak were noticeably dry and appeared as though they had been sitting out far too long. My online order took over 30 minutes to be prepared, despite only a few customers in the store. There were only two employees working, and the pace of service was extremely slow. Overall, this visit fell well below expectations, and I do not plan to return.
I love these guys it's always hot and fresh or cool and crisp hot food hot cold food cold and I appreciate it My chips are always crispy and the salsas always fresh thank you Moe's
Purchase a Steak Bowl, for dinner.
Ordered ahead, arrived and waited by "Order Pickup." After 10 minutes I was told they kept food elsewhere just in case. I assume this was a manager and he had a devil-may-care attitude. Handling food and money simultaneously. Low health score... I'll pass
