This place is absolutely awful, rude staff, I placed a pick up order (forgot to check the bag) got home to see my food was missing, called the restaurant, the girl I spoke to was cool but the guy behind the counter had an attitude from the moment I walked in, refused a refund or to make my food, was told to come back today for a refund, upon returning a 2nd time to the restaurant, the manager told me I needed the food (that I did not receive) in order to get a refund. Awful awful service and the nachos are not fried all the way. They are not crispy at all, feels like they attempted to fry these yesterday, not today.
