My 1st time having Mor’s and the food surprisingly was very good. Well seasoned rice fluffy. The lettuce and tomatoes were very fresh. The lettuce had a nice crunch on it. The beans were seasoned very well not too salty just perfect. My meal was 10 out of 10 I recommend and yes, I will be returning back to Moe’s.
Customer service very bad. Very rude . The have a sign stating r hat the sauce is of no cost. They did gave me one ,but it was not enough, so I asked them politely for another, they refused and said I have to pay, I ask them what is written there, they cannot read the sign up until now. The sign clearly read ,GET SAUCE AT NO COST. SIMPLE THINGS JUST TURNED ME OFF .

Waited 1 hour for my food I pre ordered on the app When I got there no one was there, no one in the cash register or cooking area so I waited 1 hour until someone comes out to bring me my order. I also called no one picked up. Not coming back because of very poor service.jist unacceptable.
