Food is great. Had a problem with an order and they took good care of me.
The experience at this location was incredibly frustrating due to a total lack of basic cleanliness and very poor food preparation standards. Upon entering, it was immediately apparent that the service area was neglected, with spilled ingredients scattered across the assembly line and several sticky surfaces in the dining room that clearly hadn't been wiped down in some time. The staff here were totally amazing! They were not just friendly, but their energy was off the charts! Every time I turned around, someone was ready to lend a hand or share a smile. You could really tell they love what they do, and their upbeat attitudes made the whole dining experience feel warm and welcoming. Whether I had a question or needed some help, they were right there, eager to assist. Seriously, their enthusiasm made my day!
