I ate here the day before the business shut down indefinitely for renovations, so perhaps my experience was atypical, but the food was very, very disappointing. It was really bland. I ordered a basic grilled chicken burrito with rice, beans, cilantro, sour cream, and cheese, but it felt a lot like I was eating some sort of unflavored protein loaf.
