Food prices off by a dollar or more. Politely advised that they let their manager know so they can correct it. Was told that the manager “is a big boy, he can handle it”. Employee at register seemed upset he had to get off his phone and be a “big boy” to check out and talk to customers. Reporting to health department for employee handling phone and airpods with gloves on before touching ingredients; reported to PA AG for violation of UTPCPL. Thanks for the great customer service!
Good food and good service.
Moe's, for the most part, was a good experience. My only humble complaint was that one of the outdoor chairs was rusted to the point of nearly falling apart. Be weary when sitting outside!
My daughter found a burnt mass of something in her bags of chips. The “ thing” was large enough not to be noticed when the bag was being filled.
