Owner Dennis Richards is a racist POS. DO NOT eat here, do not support this man! He hires and supports racist managers. He let an employee work for free under the guise that this employee would be given a free car and a management position. His manager would call black employees the N word when talking to the owner about said employees. The owner was complacent in the racist and illegal practices happening in his store. Horrible service!!! Always have an issue with my family's order every time we go to this location. They are always out of something! Rice, salsa, chicken and today had no cash. I have never had such bad service at any moe's! Went to the Penfield one all the time and NEVER had any issues. The staff ALWAYS seems mad or annoyed. In the multiple times I have been I haven't heard "welcome to moes" in fact my son says it and still nothing.
