I get there should be a certain amount in a restaurant at this time but you shouldn't have a employee yell very rudely as we walk in "you can't come inside" they should have someone by the door to let people know politely that they aren't allowing people in at the moment.
every single time we order from this place they screw up our order. went in 2 weeks ago to make sure it was made right and both the workers there were high as a kite. ordered from doordash tonight and the entire order was wrong, went back up there and the guy didn't even remember talking to me on the phone 10 minutes prior cause he was so high. You need to get in there and clean house, all of them workers are making your company look bad.
My husband picked up an online order today. He was extremely disappointed with the service. No greeting from anyone. When he approached the counter, the employee said "What do you want?". When he told the employee he was picking up an order, he asked the employee what was on the order so he could verify the printed order I sent with him. The employee simply responded "everything"... I went to Moe's yesterday. Staff was friendly and there wasn't a wait (I can see why now.) At the register I noticed a few nats but I was like we'll work around it, it's just a few. I was looking forward to the salsa bar to add some flavor to my tacos. The salsa bar and soda fountain bar were extremely dirty and covered in nats. Definitely was not eating from the salsa bar (have enough protein in my diet) there was no telling what all would end up in my food. The rest of the place was dirty.
