Food is fine but the service here is slower than a snail race.

I love Moes but this location is not very good. The staff are nice I’ve always had an issue with my food or my order. One time the rice was stiff and undercooked. Crunchy rice in a burrito is not very pleasant. Then another time they didn’t make my bowl as requested. Maybe I need to stop coming on Moe Mondays so it’s less busy. I have a gift card so that’s why I’m going back but otherwise I wouldn’t. The location isn’t the best either. Not the safest area and the lobby is not as clean and spacious as I would expect.
