poor kid behind counter was left by himself to open. we arrived at 11:30 am they opened at 11 am. nothing was ready. we waited 30 min for him to prep all food. register would not work, he had to call someone to checkout. who ever was to open store with the keys never showed, who ever did open,shame on you for not helping him. everything we order wasn't ready or he needed to make. poor management. took us 45 min to get food. aweful. not the kids fault by any means.
We travel from an hour away to come to this Moe’s. It was my favorite restaurant. Came yesterday for lunch around 12:30pm. I am now horribly sick with food poisoning. Called to tell them and was hung up on. Will not ever be returning to this location. This is a warning for everyone else. Do not eat here.

Back to give restaurant a second chance. Nope! Food bar containers mostly empty or with little dried out food! Asked for romaine lettuce instead of iceberg for my bowl... was told that would be considered a salad for an extra charge???? Left and went to Neato Burrito. Definitely will not be back
Rough times at Moe’s. The chips are so overcooked they’re brown, the bowl is so under filled that rice doesn’t even cover the entire bottom of the bowl, one of the two sinks doesn’t work and the only hand dryer is broken. Yikes!

Didn't have chips and we're apparently out of competent employees.
Placed an online order lastnight at 7:13; app said it would be done at 7:25. Our food was not ready until 7:45... then to top it off all the salsa in the salsa bar were completely empty. And no “welcome to moes” not a good experience.
