Richard Gentile, the manager, is a racist piece of crap. I will not give anyone employs such dirtbags my money.
Richard is the worst manager I have ever dealt with, very unprofessional.
The song called manager of this place clearly stated f**k the police. If this is what Moe's finds acceptable behavior from their staff I'll just take my business elsewhere.
Food quality was was extremely poor, monopolized on being the only hot good source open.

I went today (for the first time ever) when they weren't even busy, watched my food get made, and sat at the counter for 10 minutes. When I then asked if they were going to give me my "probably cold" food, the employee that PUT MY FOOD TOGETHER said "we'll be right with you." As if he didn't realize that my food was already made! All they needed to do was ring my food up and bag it up, but they still let me sit there an extra few minutes!!!! And of course, my food was cold! Okay "George" seeing as though you feel like you've given me what I've paid for (you didn't) and you also said "Good luck on that" when I asked to speak to someone higher than you, I'm here.
