I have never wrote a review for any place in my entire life that was negative because it would take an awful experience for me to take time out of my day to do so. My friend ordered over the phone a chicken close talker and a veggie close talker without shells. She gets there and they’re both in shells and I am allergic to gluten so she asked them to make another one. The manager gave her an extremely hard time and was rude and unprofessional. RecommendedFast to be made but still delicious!
I've been to plenty of Moe's locations before, but this location is one of the best by far. It's fast, clean, and have never been disappointed. The staff is what really makes this location stick out above the rest. They get to know their customers by name and that's something that really sticks well with me. When there is a long line, don't worry they tackle a rush better than some buffets. I highly recommend you check them out.
The food was good. The staff were very friendly. The tables and bar was constantly being cleaned by staff. BUT! The manager was so rude and ugly to the staff. I saw them working very hard and smiling and doing great customer service. The manager kept degrading them and calling them names. I felt so sorry for the staff. He was a total jerk. He never acknowledged any of the customers. He was too busy running the staff down! I wish the owner would look into this. I wanted to punch him in the throat!!
