Was going to eat here as it was my husband's birthday, but he couldn't get the app to work and they REFUSED to give him his reward. So we left and ate at Golden Corral instead. I mean, if you want new customers in today's economy, you should do what you can to accommodate them. Not going to spend hard earned money at a place that could care less about customer service. It was EMPTY in there. Turning away actual paying customers when your business is EMPTY is just not good business. App deleted.
I waited for my food for an HOUR. They were that slow, and finally people who ordered after me got their food, so I asked why they skipped me? The answer was my food was sitting at the counter the whole time they just didn’t call or tell me the correct number , and they all stared at me while I waited and didn’t once ask me what was my order number or if my meal was that one waiting. The comment I got instead was “damn so you waited an hour for nothing!”, and did not offer to remake the cold food I took home and did not eat.... read more
