It was my first time visiting and I didn’t like what I ordered. I barely took two bites out of it and went to the counter and asked for something different. The cashier didn’t know if she could do it so she went to get the manager. The manager was rude and said it wasn’t their fault I didn’t like the food and refused to replace it for me. She told me I would have to pay if I wanted something else. Awful service everyone here is rude. The manger Cindy was very very racist. I will never be back again.
Walked in two minutes before closing & everyone greeted us, fixed our food & thanked us for coming. We did get it to go...to be courteous. Had to have our Moe's fix!
