please keep the employees how to make a quesadilla. I would like each bite to combine a little bit of all ingredients. instead I get a quesadilla with all of my jalapenos in a line at the very bottom and none anywhere else
This place has the worst service by far. They lack organization skills and poor customer service.
RecommendedI cannot speak highly enough about the customer service at Moe's in Crestview Hills! After a crazy Cinco de Mayo snafu last night, I received a personal call and apology from the owner and a prompt refund. Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes up for them, and we will definitely be back!

it took 2.5 hours to get my order at pick up order. horrible horrible horrible
We ordered delivery for 5:30pm and our order was not delivered until 7pm. Our food wasn’t even hot it was slightly warm. I am a nurse and had to be at work at 7 so I was not able to eat dinner. Very disgusted in the service, if they were running behind they could’ve called to explain. We tried calling several times and were unable to reach the restaurant.
I ordered curbside at 6:22 to be ready at 6:45. As I write this it's 8:05 and they finally sent a young lady out with a clipboard to take names. The phones are off the hook because all you get is a busy signal. I almost left it because of the wait to pick it up but I can't even get refund because no one is answering the phone. The inside is packed BEYOND capacity for takeout so I didn't feel comfortable going in as many others had done. Especially since they are still coming out empty handed!
