I visited the Moe’s in Prattville today, February 3rd, 2026, around 3:30 p.m., and the experience was very disappointing. There were two employees working during my visit, and both displayed dismissive and unwelcoming attitudes. While I was ordering my burrito, I tried to explain how I wanted it built and asked for a few extra items.
