I received someone else’s food, even though the receipt on the bag had my correct name and order. This clearly shows the mistake was made by the restaurant when preparing the order. I paid for a meal I never received, which is unacceptable. Situations like this should not happen with something as simple as verifying the contents of the bag before sending it out. Definitely needs improvement. Management STEP UP!
Picked up my online order today 4/18 around 12:50pm. Had to stand at the counter waiting for about 5 minutes for the cashier to get off her cell phone so I could give her my name for the order. She was unfriendly and acted like she hated being at her job. The food was edible but you can tell it wasn't fresh.
I recently did an online order for this location. They had missed the guacamole for both me and my wife’s food. I had called to ask if we could have some added since it was missing. One of the stores employees told me to come get the replacement as a sorry. When I was greeted he gave me more than enough to cover me and my wife’s food. I don’t know the young man’s name, but he was very professional and kind. His professionalism will get him far in life. Thank you young man!
I’ve been to a bunch of Moe’s this was extra Good, the food / bowl was prepared with Great pride and it sure showed…. Thanks!
