Came in for lunch and was looking at the brownies at the register. Owner walked up and put the brownie on my tray and said it was on him. Great experience
I’m in Virginia Beach, Va and somehow this app sent my order all the way to this store. When I called to let them know “Ayo there’s been a mistake and I need to be refunded” the manager said “there’s nothing I can do because it’s an online order”. After insisting there was nothing he can do for about 5 minutes I then requested that I speak with customer service. Shout out to Alvin who served us today. I have been at this location a decent amount and he is always kind, works hard, has a smile on his face and makes you feel like he's happy to see you. Food was good, place was clean, and the people were kind which in some places is hard to come by. Still, I need y'all to bring back El Guapo salsa. Huge miss getting rid of that other than that, great experience.
