RecommendedI try my best to shop you guys first. I recent bought a mower and purchase frequently but 6 pm close time is costing you business. Most people work outside of town and can’t make it to you by 6 pm. Tractor supply has gotten both those sales. Also today at 6:05 pm you lost 4 sales of other people who walked up. 2 of them told me they were headed to TSC also. I will keep trying but you need to adjust.

Thanks for the recommendation and comments, Derek. Due to COVID-19 we adapted our hours to close earlier in the evening. Over the last several months we had provided additional flexibility to staff for time off due to the pandemic which would have caused additional staffing pressure in our stores had we remained open for our full/normal business hours. I got a recommendation from a friend about finding a place to have my Toro Snowblower worked on. That place happened to be Moe’s OE & S & Ace Hardware. I purchased a craftsman Craftsman Quiet 26 in. W 208 cc Two-Stage Electric Start Snow Blower and they made sure it was up and running and ready to go as well as delivered it. Always my go to hardware store because of the cleanliness, orginization and friendlieness of staff, plus they use a PJ Trailers Gooseneck from Tegtmeyers Trailer Sales in wilmington for deliveries!!!
I have been a Wright Stander guy for 10 years. Only mowers that I would buy. Over the last 1.5 I've been rather disappointed with them. I have bought all my equipment from Josh at Moes over the years and he convinced me to try a toro. I just wanted to let you guys know that I am now a huge grandstand fan and will continue my company's business with toro! I have purchased 2 Scag V-Rides a Blizzard plow and 2 Blizzard Ice Chasers from Moes and will continue to get all of my equipment from them, they take care of us, if our mower has a problem they make sure its in, fixed and back on my trailer and ready to go asap. The sales manager Josh has always taken care of us and made sure everything was working properly. They are awesome and extremely helpful
