I try my best to shop you guys first. I recent bought a mower and purchase frequently but 6 pm close time is costing you business. Most people work outside of town and can’t make it to you by 6 pm. Tractor supply has gotten both those sales. Also today at 6:05 pm you lost 4 sales of other people who walked up. 2 of them told me they were headed to TSC also. I will keep trying but you need to adjust.

Thanks for the recommendation and comments, Derek. Due to COVID-19 we adapted our hours to close earlier in the evening. Over the last several months we had provided additional flexibility to staff for time off due to the pandemic which would have caused additional staffing pressure in our stores had we remained open for our full/normal business hours. Now that we are returning to normal staffing levels, we will be increasing our store hours in the next 7-10 days. At this time, we are tentatively scheduled to close at 8pm Monday-Friday (7pm Saturdays, 5pm on Sundays) by the end of this month. Thanks for being a customer and we look forward to seeing you again soon in the latter hours of the day!

I got a recommendation from a friend about finding a place to have my Toro Snowblower worked on. That place happened to be Moe’s OE & S & Ace Hardware. I can not say enough about how great Moe’s service is! I called and Leah, in service, was a great help in answering my questions over the phone. She was thorough and patient with me as we scheduled my service. I must say Leah is wonderful and pleasant and was great help in deciding to have Moe’s do my service work. The fast service was fantastic. In this day and age customer service doesn’t seem to be high priority but Moe’s surpassed what you would expect somewhere else. I’ve never used Moe’s before, but if my snowblower holds up in the coming winters, and I’m sure it will, I’ll definitely give them my other business as well. I consider their service work to be fair in cost and Bob was great too. Moe’s restored my faith in the word “service”. This business I hope survives the competition for years to come because they care about their customers. I give Moe’s OE&S & Ace Hardware FIVE *****’s and I highly recommend them.

I purchased a craftsman Craftsman Quiet 26 in. W 208 cc Two-Stage Electric Start Snow Blower and they made sure it was up and running and ready to go as well as delivered it. Always my go to hardware store because of the cleanliness, orginization and friendlieness of staff, plus they use a PJ Trailers Gooseneck from Tegtmeyers Trailer Sales in wilmington for deliveries!!!

I have been a Wright Stander guy for 10 years. Only mowers that I would buy. Over the last 1.5 I've been rather disappointed with them. I have bought all my equipment from Josh at Moes over the years and he convinced me to try a toro. I just wanted to let you guys know that I am now a huge grandstand fan and will continue my company's business with toro! Just wanted to give a big thank you to Josh!! and the guys at Moes Ace Hardware in Springboro Ohio. They do an awesome job not only with the sales but service also!

I've been using Moes now going on 3 years. I've bought several Toro mowers from them (their new PowerChutes for the Grandstands are a must!) and I've had nothing but excellent service along with phenomenal products. Josh, along with the rest of the service department have an incomparable ability to make you feel important to them and the Moes team in every interaction. To all Grandstand owners- I just put the striping kit and Power Chute on my mowers last week and over 30% of my clients took the time to call and tell me how much better the yard looked. I will be buying every mower from here on out with those attachments already on it!

I have purchased 2 Scag V-Rides a Blizzard plow and 2 Blizzard Ice Chasers from Moes and will continue to get all of my equipment from them, they take care of us, if our mower has a problem they make sure its in, fixed and back on my trailer and ready to go asap. The sales manager Josh has always taken care of us and made sure everything was working properly. They are awesome and extremely helpful
