The food is always great but tonight your customer service was terrible. Placed order through drive through and whoever was wearing the mic didn’t bother to turn it off and asked why we didn’t call our order in. In 21 years of being a family of five, have never been treated that way in a drive through.

I just went through the drive-thru and upon checking my food and couldn’t help but notice how thin the shrimp poboy felt, I opened it up and there was hardly anything on it, 4 tiny shrimp, no slaw, I showed it to the drive thru guy and his response was, I gave you a side for $1.25, lol, that’s how much you told me it was, what does that have to do with my sandwich?!? We all know we don’t want to send things back, no telling what they’ll do to your food! I will not be go through Trussville Moe’s again!!
Amazing staff and food! Definitely recommend
We love the food here but we’re finished with the Trussville location. The staff are rude and unhelpful, and they’re the slowest restaurant ever. Every time we go through the drive through or call the same rude man is taking the order. Check your staff, Moe’s. If they don’t want to be there then let them go.

Great service...awesome brisket and wings
I love Moe’s but this was my first time visiting this location. I asked for no slaw on my chicken sandwich (I’m allergic) and all they did was scoop it off... I was also missing my side item but by the time I got it home 30 mins away, it was too late to worry about it. I’ve always had a good experience with Moe’s BBQ, I just expected more than what I got on this visit I guess. Staff was friendly.
